How we use the details you share.

Website enquiries and free checks

Our forms collect your name, email address, website address when supplied and your message. We also record the type of request, the page used and when it was submitted. EmailJS delivers the enquiry to our Gmail inbox and sends an acknowledgement. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form from spam.

We use these details to review your request and reply. Please do not include passwords or sensitive customer information in the form. We keep enquiry and project records in our business tools to manage the conversation and any agreed work.

Optional website tips

The email-tips box is optional and starts unchecked. If you select it, we record the wording you agreed to and send two practical website emails over the following week. We stop that sequence if you reply, become a client or ask to unsubscribe. The personal conversation can continue when you ask us to help.

Reply STOP to any tips email or email au.graphic.designer@gmail.com to opt out. We keep a minimal suppression record so you are not added again by mistake. We do not sell your contact list or add enquiry details to an advertising audience.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and completed enquiries. We send fixed page names and request categories, not form text, names or email addresses. Declining analytics does not affect the enquiry form. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice.

Questions about your information

Email au.graphic.designer@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion. We may need to retain records connected with an active project, accounting obligations or an opt-out.
