Website design

A website built around the work you want.

Help customers understand what you do and send a useful enquiry. Our $799 AUD package covers a straightforward website, with the pages and features agreed before work starts.

Talk through my new website

What should your new website do?

Start with the next thing a customer needs to do. A mobile mechanic might need a clear service area and an enquiry form. A consultant might need to explain a specialist service before someone books a conversation. Those are different websites, even if both have the same number of pages.

We work out that purpose with you, then build the design and content around it. Your site should make sense to someone who has never heard of your business.

What is included in the $799 package?

The package is for a straightforward business website with an agreed scope. It includes a design that fits your business, layouts for phones and larger screens, clear service information and enquiry paths, and a review together before launch.

  • Agree which pages you need and what each one should explain.
  • Use your brand, available images and approved business information.
  • Design the layout so visitors can read and get in touch on mobile.
  • Review the website together before it goes live.

The exact page count, content responsibilities and features belong in the scope. Online shops, booking systems, custom integrations and larger projects need a separate discussion and quote. We won't assume they fit the standard package.

What costs sit outside the build?

Optional hosting and website care is $49 per month. Domain renewals, paid email licences and larger changes are separate. If you need branding, writing or extra imagery, we'll discuss what is required and quote that work before adding it.

Our website cost guide explains how to compare a build quote with the costs of keeping a site running.

Working together from Newcastle to Sydney

Klicked is based on the Central Coast. We work with businesses across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, down through the Coast and into Sydney. You can send us your brief and feedback online; a project doesn't depend on being in the same suburb.

See our service areas for the places we cover. If you work across several areas yourself, tell us which ones matter to your customers so your website can describe your coverage accurately.

What to bring to the first conversation

A short explanation of what you do is enough to begin. Your logo, service list and a few real photos are useful too. Let us know if you already own a domain, use a business email address or have a booking tool you need to keep.

You can use our website brief template to collect those details. It is fine to leave the design decisions open. That's part of the work we do together.

Common questions

Can you build a website for a new business?

Yes. We can work from your business information and discuss the content and design you need. Any additional branding or content work is agreed separately.

Do you redesign existing websites too?

Yes. If you already have a site, our website redesign service starts with what you want to keep and what needs to change.

Will I need a monthly care plan?

The $49 monthly care plan is optional. We will discuss hosting, access and the support you need before launch, so you know what you will be responsible for afterwards.

Clear access and a useful next step

Before launch, we record the hosting arrangement and who controls the domain and connected accounts. We agree the handover and support responsibilities in your project scope. Read how website access and handover work.

When you need a new service page or a better way to collect enquiries, we can quote a separate website improvement.

Your next step

Plan a website around your customers.

Tell us what you need. We will discuss the scope and any separate costs before work begins.
