Website redesign

Keep what works. Give the rest a fresh start.

Make your services easier to understand and the next enquiry easier to send. We start with what works on your current website, then agree what needs to change.

Talk through my website refresh

Does your website need a refresh or a rebuild?

A fresh layout may be enough when the content and underlying setup still work. A rebuild is worth discussing when updating the site has become difficult, the structure no longer fits your services or important features need to change.

Age alone doesn't decide it. A simple site can keep doing its job for years. Bring us the pages that frustrate you and the questions customers still have after visiting. Our refresh or rebuild guide gives you a practical way to sort those issues.

What we look at before changing the design

  • Which services and customer questions need clearer explanations.
  • Whether visitors can find contact details and complete an enquiry on a phone.
  • Which pages, images and brand details you want to retain.
  • What access is available to the current website, domain and hosting.

Tell us about any booking tools, business email or other systems connected to your website. A visual refresh should not accidentally interrupt the parts of the business that depend on it.

Protect useful content during the change

If you have pages people already visit, we should know about them before removing or renaming anything. Keep a record of the current addresses, useful text and important forms. Any required redirects, content migration or integrations need to be included in the project scope.

We don't promise that a redesign will hold a particular search position or produce a set number of enquiries. We can agree the work needed to give visitors a clearer, usable website.

What does a redesign cost?

Our website package is $799 AUD for an agreed straightforward scope. The pages, content and features are confirmed before work begins. A larger site or a project with more complicated migration requirements is quoted separately.

Optional hosting and care is $49 per month. Domain renewals, paid email licences and larger changes are extra. Read our guide to website costs and scope before comparing quotes.

A local studio, with room to work remotely

We are based on the Central Coast and work with businesses from Newcastle and Lake Macquarie through to Sydney. Send us your current website and tell us what has changed in your business. Shared previews and written feedback keep the design discussion specific.

A Newcastle trade business may need to explain its service radius. A Sydney consultancy may need a clearer introduction to its expertise. Those details give us a useful starting point for the design.

Questions before a website refresh

Can we keep our existing logo?

Yes. A redesign can use your current brand. If the logo or wider identity also needs work, we can discuss that as a separately scoped design project.

Can we keep the same domain?

Usually, if you control the domain and can provide the access needed. We'll check the current setup and agree any hosting or migration work before changing it.

What should we send first?

Send your website address, the main problem you want to solve and any features you need to keep. Our brief template is useful if you want to gather everything in one place.

Clear access and a useful next step

Before launch, we record the hosting arrangement and who controls the domain and connected accounts. We agree the handover and support responsibilities in your project scope. Read how website access and handover work.

When you need a new service page or a better way to collect enquiries, we can quote a separate website improvement.

Your next step

Make the next enquiry easier.

Tell us what you need. We will discuss the scope and any separate costs before work begins.
